Charles Allen is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1994, and founded Allen & Company in 1997.
​Charles is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Sid Williams Theater Society, past Treasurer of the Sid Williams Theatre Society, past member of the Board of Directors of the Comox Valley Community Justice Centre and past-President of the Comox Valley Community Justice Centre. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of Double Waters Society.
